    We guarantee access to the kind of dining information which other sites, which depend on often unreliable word-of-mouth, cannot provide, enabling you choose a restaurant with unparalleled peace of mind.

  • What are the benefits of becoming a member?Open or Close

    If you register as a member, you will be able to use the "like" feature to save your favorites and will also be able to post information on your own recommendations.
    ※You will receive benefits if your recommendations are accepted and used by Gourmet True. (Are there benefits if my recommendations are accepted?
    ※Please refer to Is there a limit to the number of recommendations I can post? regarding information on the limit to the number of posts.

  • I haven't received the provisional membership registration e-mail.Open or Close

    Please confirm the following points in the case that your provisional membership registration e-mail has not arrived.

    ・ There is no mistake in the e-mail address.
    ・ It hasn't been transferred to your spam folder by mistake.
    ・ Mail from our domain is not being blocked.
    ※In this case please set it so that e-mail from the "@gourmet-true.com" domain will be accepted.

    ※If you enter your e-mail address and password at the log in screen,
    a message regarding the non-completion of registration will be displayed and by accessing the link in the message, you can resend the provisional registration e-mail.

    Once you have received the provisional registration e-mail, please access the URL contained within it to complete your membership registration.

  • How do I reset my e-mail address, user name, or password?Open or Close

    You can change your e-mail address, user name or password on your "My Page".
    1. Access your "My Page" by clicking on your user name at the top right of the screen and selecting it in the menu which appears.
    2. Select Confirm/Change in the Login Information column.
    3. Click Change and enter a new e-mail address, user name or password.
    4. After reading "Regarding the Handling of the Membership Agreement and Personal Information",
    check the "Agree with the Handling of the Above Terms of Usage and Personal Information" box and click "Agree and Proceed".
    5. Check the details of your registration and click "Register".
    6. An e-mail providing guidance to change the details of your registration will be send to your registered e-mail address,
    so please access the URL in the e-mail and confirm the change.
    ※If you do not receive the e-mail to change the details of your registration, please check here: I have not received the e-mail for changing the details of my registration.

    That completes the steps to change the details of your registration.

  • How do I change my name, post office number, address or telephone number?Open or Close

    You can change your name, post office number, address or telephone number on your "My Page".
    1. Access your "My Page" by clicking on your user name at the top right of the screen and selecting it in the menu which appears.
    2. Select Confirm/Change in the Customer Information column.
    3. Click Change and enter a new name, post office number, address or telephone number.
    4. After reading "Regarding the Handling of the Membership Agreement and Personal Information",
    check the "Agree with the Handling of the Above Terms of Usage and Personal Information" box and click "Agree and Proceed".
    5. Check the details of your registration and click "Register".
    That completes the steps to change the details of your registration.

  • I have not received the e-mail to change the details of my registration.Open or Close

    Please confirm the following points in the case that the e-mail to change the details of your registration has not arrived.

    Once you have received the change registration e-mail,
    please access the URL contained within it to complete your change registration.

  • Where can I confirm my membership ranking?Open or Close

    Membership ranking can be confirmed on your "My Page".
    1. Access your "My Page" by clicking on your user name at the top right of the screen and selecting it in the menu which appears.
    2. You can see it by clicking "Confirm" in the "Membership Details" column.

  • How do membership rankings go up?Open or Close

    In accordance with the quality of the recommendations you have posted in the previous 6 months,
    membership ranking goes up in order of Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
    The number of recommendations you can post each month and the amount of remuneration you can receive differs for each ranking.

    Conditions for Increasing Membership Ranking
    Bronze Membersip: Registration as a member
    Silver Membership: 5 or more posts accepted within the last 6 months
    Gold Membership: 9 or more posts accepted within the last 6 months
    Platinum Membership: 12 or more posts accepted within the last 6 months

  • I want to withdraw my membership.Open or Close

    To withdraw your membership, please access the Inquiry Form and write that you wish to withdraw your membership.

Regarding the Posting of Recommendations
Registering Credit Cards
  • What are the benefits of registering a credit card?Open or Close

    You will be able to make reservations directly from Gourmet True, for restaurants that support this feature.
    You will also be able to use the convenient cashless payment feature when making reservations from this site. For more information on cashless payments see What is a cashless payment?

  • How do I register my credit card?Open or Close

    You can register your credit card from your "My Page"
    1. While logged in, click your user name at the top right of the screen and access your "My Page" from the menu.
    2. Click "Confirm/Change" from the "Confirm/Change/Add/Delete Credit Card Information" column.
    3. Select "Add card", "Delete card", or "Change default card" as necessary.

    * Up to 5 credit cards can be registered.
    * If you delete your default card, another of your registered cards (if there are any) will automatically be set to the default.
    * You cannot delete a card if you have already made a reservation using that card.

  • I cannot delete my credit cardOpen or Close

    If you have a reservation pending on that card, you will not be able to delete it. Please try again after the transaction for that card has been completed.

Regarding Reservations
  • What is the difference between a reservation inquiry and an immediate reservation?Open or Close

    An immediate reservation is completed as soon as it is confirmed when you make it from the Gourmet True reservation screen.
    With a reservation inquiry, the restaurant is notified, decides whether it can accept the reservation or not and then contacts you upon making this decision.
    Each restaurant decides whether it will accept an immediate reservation or a reservation inquiry.

  • What is a cashless payment?Open or Close

    Cashless payment is a method of paying the charges for dining at the restaurant with a pre-registered credit card.
    If you select "Cashless payment" when making a reservation from this site, you do not have to pay at the restaurant and can leave as soon as you finish dining, so it is very convenient.

  • I haven't received the reservation reception or reservation confirmation emailOpen or Close

    If you do not receive the reservation acceptance or reservation confirmation email, please check the following points.

    * Has the mail been put in your junk mail folder?
    * Is the domain specific reception setting set?
    * Please make sure you can receive emails from the @gourmet-true.com domain.

  • I want to confirm my reservation detailsOpen or Close

    You can confirm your reservation details from the "Reservation Confirmation"page.
    1. While logged in, click your user name at the top right of the screen and access "Reservation Confirmation" from the menu.
    2. Click the reservation number of the reservation you want to check to see the details.

  • I want to change my reservation.Open or Close

    If you want to change your reservation, please cancel the reservation and then make a new one.

  • I want to cancel my reservation.Open or Close

    You can cancel your reservation from the "Reservations Details"page.
    1. While logged in, click your user name at the top right of the screen and access "Reservation Confirmation" from the menu
    2. Click the reservation number of the reservation you want to cancel.
    3. Confirm the details of the reservation to be canceled, and then click "Cancel Reservation".
